Removal of and installation of an 85,000 BTU Natural Gas 2-stage variable High Efficiency furnace with a Down Flo Conversion kit and a 2-ton 16 Seer Air conditioner. This scope of work is not intended to be all encompassing and complete. The Proposal should expand on the scope of work with a listing of work activities that the Proponent would undertake for a complete project. After the contract award, WDM, in consultation with the successful Proponent, may refine the project requirements if needed. The Proponent is responsible for acquiring all permits necessary to complete the required work. This project involves the removal of the existing furnace and condenser, installation of new furnace and air conditioner unit and all commissioning to get the unit functional. A site visit to determine the viability of the existing duct work and make any notes to changes that may happen. Pricing and Scope of work is to include but not limited to the following: Removal and disposal of existing furnace and condenser including safely disconnecting and decommission of the refrigerant system Supply and install new HVAC unit. Perform all checks to ensure the unit is functioning properly in both heating and cooling modes. All site cleanup after removal and installation work is complete.
