The District is requesting SOQ's for Construction Manager at Risk Services to construct a new High School Life Complex building. High School Life Complex is located at 8701 Pacific Street, Omaha, Nebraska. The new High School Life Complex will include the demolition of existing pool, blue gym, and blue gym lockers. Construction an addition of approximately 60,220 Square feet (SF) and interior renovation of approximately 11,380 SF located in the existing building. Sustainable design and construction practices will be used to optimize the learning environment; however LEED certification will not be pursued. Maintaining project timelines and budget will be of the upmost importance. While this project is under construction the Students and Educators will remain in the current facility. Careful consideration must be made to plan and construct the addition while the high school remains fully occupied.
