This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This opportunity is set-aside 100% for small business. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-03 (effective 26 May 2023) The NAICS code is 238210 and the small business size standard is $19,000,000.00. The Government intends to issue a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract with an estimated effective date of 30 September 2023.
