This project consists of: 1. The installation of approximately 4,500 LF of 10" DR21 PVC water line along Highway 76. 2. Relocation of Fire Hydrant. 3. Installation of new Fire Hydrant and Blow-off Hydrant 4. Removal of meter assemblies. 5. Installation of new meters to existing service lines. 6. Multiple connections to existing water lines and abandonment of existing water lines; 7. Clearing, grubbing, seeding, strawing, restoration; 8. All other necessary and incidental work to complete the project in accordance with these plans and specifications. The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. The project time shall be 150 consecutive calendar days for substantial completion and 180 consecutive calendar days for Final Completion to complete the work as shown on the Contract Documents. All bidders must be licensed General Contractors as required by the Contractor's Licensing Act of 1994 of the General Assembly of the State of Tennessee, and qualified for the type of construction being bid upon.
