The Project and the work, services, and materials for such Project are subject to a Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT or Department) Programmatic Project Administration Agreement dated October 7, 2022 between the City of Roanoke and the Commonwealth of Virginia, Department of Transportation and various VDOT, local, State and/or Federal terms and provisions as set forth therein or referred to therein and in the bid documents and/or any resultant contract documents.
