Hampton Roads Sanitation District (HRSD) requests Proposals from qualified consulting firms (Firm) to provide Professional Services including study services, preliminary engineering report services, design services, pre-construction services, contract administration services, field engineering and inspection services, startup and testing services, operations and training services, and post-startup and certification services for the VIP SWIFT Tertiary Preliminary Engineering (GN016390), VIP SWIFT Tertiary Site Work (GN016391), and VIP SWIFT Tertiary Facility (GN016392) projects (Project). All Proposers shall demonstrate prior experience with providing the following services as related to water and wastewater treatment and landfill reclamation site work including planning, design, construction administration, field engineering and inspection, and testing. Failure to submit a Proposal through HRSD's Online Oracle ERP system prior to the due date and time will be cause for rejection by HRSD. HRSD shall evaluate each Proposal and select two (2) or more Proposers for further consideration. HRSD shall select one (1) or more Firm(s) on the basis of all information developed during the selection process that best serves the interest of HRSD.The RFP may be viewed by logging into HRSD's Online Oracle ERP system. All Proposers must be registered in advance of submitting a Proposal. Technical questions should be submitted through HRSD's Online Oracle ERP system as an online discussion.
