Bidders are also requested to provide a copy of his/her company's liability insurance certificate with a minimum coverage of one million dollars ($1,000,000.00) when bid is submitted. The successful Bidder, who, as a Bid Guaranty, Submits a certified check, cashier's check, or irrevocable letter of credit in an amount equal to 10% of the bid, shall furnish a Contract Bond using the contract bond form included in the Contract Documents in an amount equal to 100% of the Contract Sum. Each proposal must contain the full name of the party or parties submitting the proposal and all persons interested therein. Each bidder must submit evidence of its experiences on projects of similar size and complexity. All steel products must meet the requirements of ODOT CMS 106.09. Additionally, contractor compliance with the equal employment opportunity requirements of the Ohio Administrative Code Chapter 123, the Governor's Executive Order of 1972, and Governor's Executive Order 84-9 shall be required. This is a prevailing wage project. Bidders must comply with the prevailing wage rates on Public Improvements in Stark County and the City of Massillon, Ohio as determined by the Ohio Bureau of Employment Services, Wage and Hour Division, (614) 644-2239. No Bidder may withdraw its bid within sixty days after the Bid Opening. The Owner reserves the right to waive Irregularities in bids, to reject any or all bids, and to conduct such investigation as necessary to determine the lowest and best bidder for each contract. The total estimated construction cost for the contract work from the project for which bids are being solicited at this time is $100,000.00 Each successful bidder shall have its work on the project Substantially Complete by the following date or within Contract Time, as applicable to the Bidder's scope of Work.
