Contractors' proposal shall detail the method and materials to be used to cover, repair, replace, and or retro-fit an approved membrane water tight system to the existing metal standing seam roof. Contractor shall submit with proposal at least three references and locations of similar projects including samples of product to be proposed. This project will be required to be permitted by the contractor.
