Sewer Main Rehabilitation Phase 2 Improvements include miscellaneous repairs and replacement of aging and failing infrastructure at various locations within the City of Henderson's sanitary sewer collection system. Question Deadline 08/29/2023 at 2:00 PM PT Project Duration: 304 calendar days ENGINEER'S ESTIMATE: $2,403,662 A certified or cashier's check or bid bond accompanying the bid in the amount of 5% of the Total Bid Price payable to the CITY as a guarantee that the Bidder, if its bid is accepted, will promptly execute the Agreement, and provide the necessary bonds, insurance certificates and other required documentation. The Performance Bond shall be so conditioned as to assure the faithful performance by the CONTRACTOR of all work under said Contract within the time limit prescribed in a manner that is satisfactory and acceptable to the CITY; and that all materials and workmanship supplied by him will be free from original or developed defects. Public Works Projects requiring a performance and payment bond and a labor and material bond . This is a prevailing wage project and the CONTRACTOR and Subcontractors shall be bound by and comply with all federal, state and local laws with regard to minimum wages, overtime work, hiring and discrimination.
