Requisition Nbr: R2024000005 Document Nbr: D2024000003 Furnish materials, labor, and equipment necessary to install a video scoreboard at Kapaa High School Gym I.New Scoreboard a.The school would like to purchase a video scoreboard, sound system and software. b.Any information on the scoreboard will be available at the prebid meeting. c.This job is for digital scoreboard and sound system equipment, installation materials and labor to construct the footings and mounting frame, mount the sign, and provide the necessary electrical and communication lines for the sign. d.The exact location of the scoreboard will be discussed at the prebid meeting. II.Electrical a.An electrical assessment must be completed and electrical work will need to be done. b. All work shall be per manufacturers specifications and recommendations, and shall be performed to industry standards. Contractor must follow all current local city & county codes. Along with the Manufacturers standard material warranty, the contractor shall provide a one- year written warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship on this project. This project is tentatively scheduled to commence upon award of a purchase order and must be completed by October 31, 2023. To be eligible to submit a bid, the bidder must possess a valid State of Hawaii contractors license classification C-13 or C-14.
