Contractor shall submit to the owner a lump sum bid price for the furnishing of all labor, materials, tools, and equipment to complete an LED sign, in compliance with the specifications and drawings. Below are general specifications. We understand all manufacturer specifications may be different. By listing these specifications with these manufacturers, it is not our intention to eliminate any one vendor or hinder any bidder from bidding on this project. MCPSS will evaluate responses and award accordingly with the best interest of the school system. Project is to be completed within 120 days after receipt of Purchase Order. Payment is 1/3 of total price down upon order, 1/3 upon delivery, and 1/3 on successful completion. Mobile County Public School System desires to install a new LED SIGN. (See attached sheet for display) 1. Existing Signage: Install new Double-Faced LED. Sign Shall Be: o 3'11" x 10'2" (75x195 Res.) 16mm Double Face LED with Full Color Video (2) o 2' x 10'2" LED lit cabinet with flat faces and vinyl graphics o Steel angle frame for LED mounting Wireless Communication Kit Web-Based Software with Free Upgrades and Lifetime Training Manufacturer's ON-SITE 7-year parts and labor warranty Graphic design custom content package - 7 years from manufacturer with 10 images per month All bids are to be submitted in a sealed envelope and the outside of the envelope must be clearly identified with the Bid Description, Bid Number, Date and Time of Opening. This will ensure the bid proposal will be processed in a timely manner. The Purchasing Department will not be responsible for any bids that are not clearly identified as indicated above. The Board will not be responsible in the event the U.S. Postal Service, or any other courier system fails to deliver the proposal to the Board of School Commissioners, Purchasing Department by the time stated in the bid request.
