This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) solicits information that will enable SJRA to select one or more Consultant(s) that shall provide on-call professional services which may include hydraulic modeling of water transmission and wastewater collection systems, data analysis, capital improvement planning, feasibility studies, design of water/wastewater infrastructure, and cost estimating services. As relevant assignments arise, SJRA may issue independent Work Orders for water and wastewater planning support services over the next three-year period to selected Firm(s). Professional services may include, but shall not be limited to, the following: Updates to the water and/or wastewater hydraulic models Scenario runs and analysis utilizing either model Meter data analysis and flow projections Capital improvements plan (CIP) planning assistance Feasibility studies Water/Wastewater engineering design Cost estimation services to support planning (REFER TO RFQ for more information). Firms are not required to provide all listed services within their SOQ. SJRA reserves the right to solicit other consultants for similar services within the three-year term. -All questions/inquiries shall be entered into the Brazos Valley e-Marketplace System.
