Replacement of Damed Substrates, Protection Boards, Insulation and New Roofing Material Flashing, Reglets, Counterflashing, Boots, and Misc. Associated Materials, for a Complete and Weather Tight Installation. Estimated Square Footage is 831 +/- Gsf The Project is Estimated Between $20,000 to $30,000 To Be Eligible to Provide a Bid Proposal on This Project, Each Subcontractor Must Be Pre-qualified Through Core Construction.
