Seismic retrofitting to existing building. Will include selective Demolition, Structural Concrete, Structural Steel, Rough Carpentry, Finish Carpentry, Caseworkand Cabinets, Countertops, Plumbing, Mechanical, Electrical, Security Cameras, Security Doors/Locks, Metal Stud Framing, Insulation, Drywall, Acoustical Ceiling Tiles, Acoustic Panels, Roofing, Flashings and Sheetmetal, Siding, Gutters and Downspouts, Doors/Frames/Hardware, Carpeting, Resilient Flooring, Ceramic Tiling, Painting. O'Brien and Company will be submitting a bid to perform the demolition and framing work scopes. This will be a public works prevailing wage project- BOLI 1/01/2023rates apply for Clatsop County. Construction Schedule duration will be from September 2023 through March 2024, with sitework demolition starting in September 2023. Security clearance checks required.
