Shade Supply and Installation Services - provide and install solar shades on windows throughout GLWA facilities. Services to be Performed Consultant shall provide custom commercial solar shade window treatment Services including, but not limited to, product consultation, product supply, measuring, and installation of solar shades at designated GLWA facilities. The GLWA project manager shall provide Consultant with a written request of designated GLWA facilities and windows in which Services are to be performed. Consultant shall: o Visit the designated GLWA facilities (as instructed by the GLWA project manager) to take measurements of designated windows and consult with the GLWA project manager regarding recommendations of particular solar shade treatments; o Upon GLWA's project manager's selected solar shade treatment, the GLWA project manager shall provide Consultant with written request of its order, with product measurements (as taken by Consultant), color and style of the selected solar shades. Consultant shall provide the GLWA project manager of the shipping and delivery timeline of the order; o Provide installation of the shades upon delivery; o Test the working order of the solar shades upon completion of installation to ensure product is in working order; and o Provide any repairs or re-installations of the solar shades if Consultant finds any issues or problems during testing of the solar shades.
