Please carry out the removal of the existing 3 number 28ft Roller Doors located within the Composting facility. Allow to demolish and dispose of existing doors and operator assembly's back to supporting steelwork, clean and prepare to install new door, guides, and Canopy cover. Isolate and remove 3 number heavy duty rolling steel Overhead plus Operators Supply and install 2 number heavy duty rolling steel Overhead doors (insulated x (height (28ft) Supply and install 1 number heavy duty rolling steel Overhead doors (insulated) x (height (16ft) Modify existing steel framework to support the shortened door opening and infill to match as best as possible to the external cladding. New Roller Door slat profile standard and colour to match existing within the Composting facility. Within the quote allow for Motor Operators (operators are medium duty and operate at 15 cycles per hour. Complete with auxiliary manual chain hoist for emergencies. Each door to have a local button control station (Open Close Stop and key switch lockout) Each door to allow for commercial Photo Eye, and sensing edges. All wiring from the control panel must be protected by conduit within the Composting facility. If or where required new flashing - Cap details to match existing profile as possible and colour to the building. Allow for all access plant and lifting equipment. Allow for commissioning of each door and all protection devices have been tested and function properly. Allow for the removal of all waste materials from site in a safe manner.
