The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Agricultural Research Service (ARS) has a construction requirement for Farm Equipment Storage - Includes the purchase of a 48x30x13 ft. PEMB, and construction & installation according to industry standards. PEMB has 3 sidewalls and a roof with 3 bays open on one side only. One 24 ft. bay, and two 12 ft. bays. This structure will be used to store/protect farm equipment used in Water Management Research. The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, transportation, and supervision performing all required work in accordance with the plans and specifications for this requirement. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 36.204 the magnitude of this construction project is between $25,000 and $100,000. USDA will issue a Firm Fixed Price Construction Contract. The Request for Quote (RFP), 12905B23Q0200 may be issued on or around August 28, 2023. The requirement will be 100% Small Business set aside, under NAICS Code 236220 with a size standard of $45.0M.
