Robertson County Schools is accepting sealed bid proposals for the following: One (1) HVAC Training Unit and Install Proposal for Springfield High School HVAC Training Units Job to furnish and install the following per plans and specifications: 1. Provide and install (1) Square D 200 Amp 3 Pole Breaker in panel "VMP". 2. Provide and install (1) 200 Amp 3 Pole NEMA 1 enclosed circuit breaker (ECB) in HVAC training room. 3. Provide and install (1) 400 Amp 3 Phase 4 Wire NEMA 1 Main Breaker electrical panel (22KAIC) in HVAC training room with the following breakers: a. (6) 70 Amp 3 Pole b. (3) 50 Amp 3 Pole c. (5) 20 Amp 3 Pole 4. Install transformer flex whip power connections. Transformer furnished by Robertson County Schools. 5. Provide and install (12) 30 Amp 2 Pole 250 Volt NEMA 1 fused disconnects. 6. Provide and install (6) 60 Amp 2 Pole 250 Volt NEMA 1 fused disconnects. 7. Provide and install (6) 20 Amp 1 Pole 120 Volt switches with lockable attachment. 8. Provide and install (24) flex power whips from disconnects to HVAC equipment. 9. Provide and install approximately 250' of 2 1/2 " EMT with (3) 3/0 Aluminum Conductors with (1) #4 Aluminum Ground. 10. Provide and install approximately 300' of 1 1/4 " EMT with (3) #3 Aluminum Conductors with (1) #6 Aluminum Ground. 11. Provide and install approximately 300' of 3/4 " EMT with (3) #8 Copper Conductors with (1) #8 Copper Ground. 12. Provide and install approximately 200' of 3/4 " EMT with (2) #12 Copper Conductors with (1) #12 Copper Ground. 13. Provide and install (5) Unistrut rack frames for mounting wireway troughs and electrical disconnects. 14. Provide and install (8) 120 Volt 20 Amp duplex receptacles. Robertson County reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any technicalities or informalities, and to accept any bid deemed in the best interest of the County. All bids will be considered in accordance with Title VI and without regard to age, sex, color, race, creed, national origin, religious persuasion, marital status, political belief, or disability that does not prohibit the performance of duty.
