The City of Dover New Hampshire is seeking a qualified vendor to replace the existing rubber roof and install a new EPDM Roofing System located at the Dover Arena at 110 Portland Ave. The City of Dover New Hampshire Arena building is a twin sheet ice arena housed in two adjacent metal buildings with a flat roof center section connecting them. This center section has a rubber membrane roofing system that is 23 years old. There are several areas that have had problematic leaks over the years and overall the roof is at a point where there is a need for replacement of the Rubber membrane and other necessary flashing and drainage connections. Any questions or inquiries must be submitted in writing, and, in order to be considered, must be received by the Purchasing Agent (k.cragin@dover.nh.gov) no later than seven (7) calendar days before the Request for Bid's due date and time. Any changes to the Request for Bid will be provided to all Proposers of record. No Late, Emailed or Faxed proposals/bids will be accepted. The task shall be completed by as soon as possible with a target completion of November 2023. The City of Dover reserves the right to waive any formality, informality, information and/or errors in the proposals/bids submitted and the right to reject any or all proposals/bids at its discretion and to accept the proposal/bid which will be in the best interest of the City; or to purchase on the open market if it is considered in the best interest of the City to do so.
