Scope and Purpose a. The Borough of Milltown is seeking a vendor to respond and complete the three (3) projects of: i. Concrete ADA Ramp ii. Sidewalk Repair List iii. Concrete Front Entranceway Municipal Building 2.0Concrete ADA ramp installations a. Three (3) installations at the corner of Ackerman Avenue and Townsend Street. b. Three (3) installations at Ackerman Ave and JFK Drive. c. Two (2) installations on the corner of Blueberry Drive and South Moetz Drive. d. Three (3) installations on the corner of W. Lincoln Avenue and George Street. e. Two (2) installations on the corner of Howard Street and Janet Court. f. Six (6) installations on Washington Avenue in various locations after the scheduled road work has been completed. g. Ramps must meet NJDOT, MUTCD, and Milltown Borough standard construction details. h. Engineered certification must be provided before acceptance by the Borough. 3.0Proposed Sidewalk Repair List 2023 a.
