The State of VT Military Department is soliciting bids for the Ethan Allen Air Force Base (EAAFB) Energy Resiliency Runway Project at Colchester, Vermont Bids requiring bid bonds must submit scanned bid bond with bid proposal. Contractor awarded the project is required to submit the original bid bond to the Project Manager as soon as they have been notified of the awarded project. Bids must also include a completed Certificate of Compliance, Certificate regarding use of contract funds for lobbying, and Debarment and Non-Collusion Certification. Email the bid form contained herein and the required completed forms to mil.bidproposals@vermont.gov and copy the project manager This project will consist of, but not be limited to, labor and material to complete the installation of the EAAFB Energy Resiliency Runway Project as indicated on the drawings and specs by SAS, dated, 8/3/2023. The project will be at location Camp Johnson, Colchester, VT 05446. A criminal background check is required for all personnel if not presently on file with the CFMO. Upon award, all employees expected to work on this project must submit paperwork provided by Project Manager for Army National Guard Security Staff to run required background check For contractors that require access to a VTARNG facility or installation: Contractor and all associated sub-contractors employees shall comply with adjudication standards and procedures using the National Crime Information Center Interstate Identification (NCIC-III) and Terrorist Screening Database (TSDB) (Army Directive 2014-05/AR 190-13), and applicable installation, facility and area commander installation/facility access, and local security policies and procedures (provided by a government representative) Questions may be submitted until August 29th, at 11:00 A.M.
