Demolition and removal of dilapidated infrastructure in the area of the new work. Contractor to note that any creosote timber encountered will have to be disposed of at a provincially regulated waste disposal site. Demolition/removal also includes removal of wheelguard, wheelguard blocking, ladders, fenders and cleats (including cutting down concrete cleat block to deck elevation). 2. Infilling with new rock fill to create a parking lot expansion, complete with Class "A" and Class "B" granular topping. 3. Supply and installation of geotextile, treated plywood (on existing wharf), guiderail, filter stone and armour stone.
