Restrooms are original to the building and need to have fixtures replaced to mitigate 42 maintenance costs and water use. As these restrooms are used by visitors, an aesthetic update will improve public 43 image. 44 45 Construction bidding documents (drawings, specifications and addenda) may be obtained only as downloadable 46 electronic files (in PDF format) from the Division of Facilities Development website. No deposit is required to obtain documents for 52 bidding purposes. 53 54 Contract offer and construction phase records will be processed electronically on the WisBuild(TM) DFD Information 55 System. 56 A-2 1 The 2017-2019 Wisconsin State Budget (2017 Wisconsin Act 59) repealed Wisconsin's prevailing wage laws. 2 Effective September 23, 2017, state prevailing wage requirements on state building projects no longer apply. 3 These changes take effect for projects advertised for bid after September 23, 2017. This change does not 4 affect the Federal Davis Bacon Act requirements. It is 9 encouraged that contractors attend.
