Questions and answers shall be asked during the site visit. If there are any follow-up questions they must be submitted by Thursday, August 17, 2023, no later than 4:00 pm. SCOPE OF WORK: 1. Bidder must provide all labor, materials, and equipment to perform the following: Business/Commercial Windowpane Replacement. 2. Bidder shall remove damaged glass located at 601 South Belvidere Street, Richmond, VA 23220 and install the replacement glass furnished by Virginia Housing. 3. Bidder shall coordinate with Virginia Housing to pick-up the replacement glass/windowpane located at 1716 East Cary Street, Richmond, VA 23219. 4. The Bidder shall transport the windowpane to the job site at Virginia Housing at 601 S. Belvidere Street, Richmond, VA 23220. 5. The dimensions of the replacement window are approximately 55 inches X 71 1/2 inches. 6. Glass replacement must be performed from the outside. The height of the window requires that bidder to utilize a lift with 12-14 ft. working height that can be placed on the patio in the rear of the building. 7. Bidder shall provide and coordinate delivery of the lift to perform work. 8. Bidder shall replace glass and any damaged stainless steel trim caps (material will be provided by Virginia Housing). 9. Bidder shall remove and dispose all debris from the premises. 10. Window must be checked or tested for leaks and pressure before the job is completed. 11. All work shall be performed during normal business hours unless otherwise specified by Virginia Housing.
