A timeline for award has not yet been established.** 1HillsboroughCounty requires anexperiencedandqualified Contractor witha proven and documented track record to perform Stormwater FY 23 ConstructionWORCs - East contract. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, and equipment for the accomplishment of all work as described in the Contract Documents & Specifications, as shown on the Plans (if available), and as directed by the Project Manager in accordance with the expressed or obvious intent of the Contract. Work performed under this Stormwater Construction Contract will be at various locations throughout Hillsborough County. Any work authorizedunder this contract will be ordered by the County on an "as needed" basis. If available, external plan sheets, constructionplan sets, orsketches may be supplied to the Contractor with the Work Order at the Project Manager's discretion. The Contractor is required to render any and all infrastructure and appurtenances associatedwithor disturbed by the work to an operable condition as determined by the County.
