Deadline for Written Questions August 18, 2023, no later than 2:00pm ET City Response to Questions (anticipated) August 25, 2023 All questions related to this solicitation must be submitted in writing (via email) to the following individual: Contact Name Email Address Kingsley Devor'e Kingsley.devore@raleighnc.gov Purpose The City of Raleigh (COR) is solicitating proposals from one or more firm(s) with which to contract for the following services: The City of Raleigh requests proposals for the maintenance and service on Wastewater re-usage and Septic System Maintenance, and Lift pump maintenance that are applicable to each system located identified in Table 1and 2. The City currently has equipment at various locations as indicated in Table 1 and 2. The amount of equipment is subject to change at any time throughout the contract period due to growth and expansion and the City reserves the right to add or delete equipment, locations, and/or frequency of services throughout the duration of the contract. Services will begin upon execution of the contract by the Contractor and the City. The term of the awarded contract is expected to be for three (3) years with the option to renew for two (2) one-year periods. Contractor shall be notified in writing of the City's intention to extend the contract term at least sixty (60) calendar days prior to the expiration of the Contract.
