The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids in whole or in part or to waive any informality in the bidding process. Any such decision shall be considered final. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days subsequent to the opening of bids without the consent of the Owner. Facsimile and electronic bids will not be accepted. Bidders are responsible for ensuring timely delivery of their bids; no late bids will be accepted.
