Work is to Be Performed in Accordance With Plans, Specifications, and Addenda Prepared by Ross Tarrant Architects (Architect), CMTA , Inc. (M/E Engineer), and Structural Design Group, Inc (Structural Engineers). The bid will be submitted in duplicate on copies of the Form of Proposal located in the Volume One Project Manual Bidding and Contract Documents.
