The Borough is seeking Bids for the 60-Ton HVAC Roof Unit Provision and Installation Project for the Borough of Montvale Municipal Building located at 12 DePiero Drive, Montvale, New Jersey, as set forth more fully in the Bid Specifications Any bidder who wishes to view the Borough's facilities and existing equipment may make an appointment to do so during the above hours In addition, each bidder is required to submit with the bidder's proposal the following: A. Equal Employment Language and Affidavit B. Americans with Disabilities Act Language and Affidavit C. Bid Bond D. Consent of Surety E. Acknowledgement of Receipt of Addenda F. Affirmative Action Compliance Notice G. Corporate or Partnership Disclosure Statement H. Non-Collusion Affidavit I. Qualification Statement and Affidavit J. Prohibited Russia-Belarus Activities and Iran Investment Certification K. Bid Proposal The Borough reserves the right to: 1. Reject any and all proposals for any reason whatsoever; 2. Waive any immaterial defects in any proposal should it be deemed in the best interest of the Borough to do so; 3. Accept the proposal which in its judgment will be for the best interests of the Borough of Montvale. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of P.L. 1975, c. 127 and Affirmative Action and Executive Order 11246 regarding equal employment opportunity, as amended, N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq., and the Local Public Contracts Law, N.J.S.A. 40A:11-1, et seq.
