The Project is more specifically defined in the Contract Documents, but generally includes: furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and services necessary to perform the construction and installation of the following: The full removal and disposal of existing ornamental metal fencing along Fall Creek Road, Dougherty Road and Wildwood Road, and replacement with new 6' height vinyl coated chain link fencing and chain link pedestrian gates and vehicular maintenance gates, 48" height decorative metal fencing on existing monument sign and culvert walls, and the patching and painting of the existing monument signs at Alamo Creek Park all as shown in the Specifications, Special Provisions, and other Contract Documents entitled as shown above, now on file in the office of the Public Works Director, to which reference is hereby made for further particulars. All bidders must possess a valid class C13 California contractor's license and bids must include bid security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid amount.
