2023 Sanitary Sewer Lining Improvements consists of the installation of approximately 2,105 feet of 10-inch cured-in-place pipe lining on Tower Ln, approximately 410 feet of 12-inch cured-in-place pipe lining on Somonauk St, approximately 345 feet of 8-inch cured-in-place pipe lining on Tower Ln, approximately 295 feet of 8-inch cured-in-place pipe lining on W Spring St, approximately 395 feet of 12-inch cured-in-place pipe lining on Center St, approximately 920 feet of 15-inch cured-in-place pipe lining on King St, approximately 390 feet of 8-inch cured-in-place pipe lining on King St. Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and an acceptable surety in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total Bid shall be submitted with each Bid. The BIDDER shall be fully complete with the sanitary sewer lining improvements by December 22, 2023. BIDDER further agrees to pay as liquidated damages, the sum of $750 for each consecutive calendar day Special attention is called to Article 107.09 and Section 700 of the Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction and the following Highway Standards relating to traffic control: Standards 701006-05, 701101-05, 701201-04, 701421-08, and 701602-10.
