A firm timeline for construction has not been established. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The project shall rehabilitate the existing Luiz Kahl Way circulatory road at the land side of the BNIA Terminal. Luiz Kahl Way provides access to the various facilities connected to the land side of the BNIA Terminal, including the arrivals and departure areas, employee parking, surface parking lots, the multi-level parking garage and rental car access. Access from Luiz Kahl Way to public roads is provided by four (4) distinct egresses from Genessee Street and multiple pedestrian sidewalk extensions. Rehabilitation should provide for safe egress of the vehicles and pedestrians (lighting, positive traction surfaces, crosswalks, etc.) and ease of maintenance (snow and ice management, routine maintenance and cleaning, etc.).
