Vendor Qualifications and Responsibilities The successful bidder must be an experienced, reputable firm with proven record of performance and expertise of providing the required product and services as specified herein. Interested bidders shall have supplied kitchen equipment to public institutions and privately owned businesses for a period of no less than five years. The successful bidder shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and have the required licenses and permits required to remove current equipment, supply, and install new commercial dishwasher and related equipment to provide a turn-key product. Successful bidder will be responsible for its work and every part thereof, and for all materials, equipment, and property of any and all description used in connection therewith.
