STATE PROJECT #: 0161-043-R82, P101, R201, C501 Sealed bids for Fall Line Trail - Pedestrian Accommodations at Spring Park, in accordance with the conditions, specifications, and instructions below and on the attached sheets hereto, will be received. The County is no longer accepting sealed Bids physically and all Bidders must submit sealed Bids through electronically Direct any questions, concerning the Project Manual and Drawings in writing through electronically The Work consists of construction of shared use path, sidewalk, curb ramp and crosswalk improvements along Lakeside Avenue, Park Street, and within Spring Park as part of the Fall Line Trail program in Henrico County. The improvements include approximately 1,400 linear feet of asphalt shared use path starting along Lakeside Avenue near Bryan Park Avenue and ending within Spring Park, demolition of existing pavement and concrete entrances, new curb and gutter and closed drainage system improvements, construction of a new concrete entrance, construction of concrete sidewalk and curb ramps, installation of signing and pavement markings, and construction of a pedestrian hybrid beacon at the crossing of Lakeside Avenue, including installation of a new mast arm signal pole and controller cabinet and associated signals, pedestrian pushbuttons, junction boxes, and conduit. The project is located at 4921 Lakeside Avenue, Richmond, VA 23228. This project is funded by VDOT revenue sharing program. CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 8/21/2023 11:59 PM
