Questions and Clarification Submission Deadline: August 21, 2023, 2:00pm Question and Clarification Response Deadline: August 22, 2023, 12:00pm The City of Santa Cruz requests proposals from qualified firms for vegetation management services in the San Lorenzo River. A successful proposer will have the ability to perform vegetation management in and on a United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) regulated flood control channel. Vegetation management activities are completed on an annual basis. In its Fiscal Year 2023 budget, the City allocated $275,000 funds for the San Lorenzo River Vegetation Management for Flood Control Project. The City intends to allocate up to $300,000 each subsequent year for the five-year duration. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informality or minor defect in proposals received
