The Contractor agrees to furnish and pay for all management, supervision, financing, labor, materials, tools, transportation, fuel, supplies, utilities, equipment and services of every kind and type necessary to diligently, timely, and fully perform and complete in a good and workmanlike manner the Work required by this Agreement. This project is located in Wakulla County, Florida, and includes the fourth phase of construction of a gravity sewersystem servicing the residential area known as Magnolia Gardens. Magnolia Gardens Phase IV is located on Rehwinkel Road, approximately 0.30 miles north of Alexander Road intersection. This phase will include construction of a duplex sanitary lift station, approximately 4,271 LF of 8 gravity sewer, 20 manholes, 1,400 LF of 4 force main, 510 LF of 3 HDPE low pressure line, and service to approximately 47 existing homes and 83 vacant parcels. The Phase IV 4 force main will connect to an existing gravity manhole located at the east end of Dans Drive and discharge into the Magnolia Gardens Master Lift Station at the intersection of Tafflinger Road and Brewster Road. Work at existing homes will be a complete plumbing connection and demolition of existing septic tanks per Health Department rules. Restoration work will include paving impacted roads per FDOT Specifications, drainage improvements, and complete restoration of impacted areas within the project site All question(s) asked at the pre-bid meeting will not be formally addressed via addendum unless provided to the County in writing. The Wakulla County Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to waive informalities in any bid; reject any or all proposals, in whole or in part; re-bid a project, in whole or in part; and to accept a proposal that in its judgment is the lowest and best bid of a responsible bidder.
