The proposed work consists of replacing approximately 1124 LF of defunct 8" clay tile with new 12' PVC drainage tile, connections, components including relocating 8 Catch Basins to the gutter line, road repairs, pavement planning and 1300 LF of combination curb and sidewalk in the Village of Glandorf. 5. Bids will only be accepted from the Bidders listed on the Engineer's Official plan holders list. Each proposal must contain the full name of the party submitting the proposal and all people interested therein. Each bidder must submit evidence of its experiences on projects of comparable size and complexity. Attention must be given to all the requirements contained in the bid packet, various insurance requirements and the requirement for a payment and performance bond for 100% of the contract price. 10. The Village of Glandorf reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive all informalities not involving price, time, or changes in the work. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by Engineer as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than ten days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Only questions answered by Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect
