This Project will generally consist of the following: Provide all labor, tools, equipment, disposables, and materials; and preventative maintenance during construction to re-construct the Katy Trail Bridge over the Harlow Creek Overflow near S. 49th West Avenue, Tulsa Oklahoma. The work includes the removal of any existing railroad trestle piers in the creek bottom, excavation and disposal of material from the east and west abutment areas, construction of the new bridge abutments, labor, equipment and material support during placement of the railroad bridge including traffic control issues, completion of the handrails on both ends of the bridge, and any miscellaneous grading and cleanup. The railroad car bridge will be purchased separately by River Parks Authority. The crane that will be used to unload, transport and set the railroad bridge will be obtained by River Parks Authority and coordination will be required with the Contractor on the scheduling and delivery of the bridge and installation. Bids filed with the RPA shall be publicly opened at the time stated above and considered by the River Parks Authority Board in the following regularly scheduled Board meeting. All bids shall remain on file at least forty-eight (48) hours thereafter before a contract shall be made and entered into thereon. All actions of bidders must be in compliance with the provisions of state, local and federal regulations.
