Contractor must provide all equipment and personnel necessary to perform the required services. 6. Contractor must haul away all refuse and clean site after completion of project. 7. Contractor must demonstrate experience with historical structures. 8. Work must be performed Monday through Friday during normal business hours. Should a contractor wish to work outside these parameters prior approval of the Department is required. 9. Restroom facilities are available on site for contractor use 10. Greenmead can accommodate storage of supplies/equipment on site. Contractor must coordinate with Department for identification of authorized area for storage. 11. Contractor may be required to adjust work schedule to accommodate events planned at the venue. 12. Barriers and safety fencing are not required during performance of work requested.
