The Work includes, but may not be limited to, completion of contractual obligations, bonding, and insurance requirements; mobilization; installation and removal of temporary facilities, identifying and establishing materials storage areas, construction water sources, and temporary power measures; protection of improvements to remain; construction staking; clearing and grubbing, topsoil stripping/storage/placement; erosion control measure; protection of existing trees; removal of existing concrete walks; grading / earthwork and establishing drainage swales, and riprap outfalls for park improvements. The Project also includes subgrade preparation for pavements; concrete sidewalks and small concrete plazas; concrete slabs for the picnic shelters; sidewalk chases; renovation of the existing automated underground irrigation system including rerouting the existing main line and irrigation for the turf areas, dryland grasses, and planting beds; unloading and storing picnic shelter materials; erection of three picnic shelters with concrete footings (install only) including decorative masonry column bases for the Event Shelter columns; finish grading and soil prep for sod and dryland grass areas; sod installation; dryland grass seeding and erosion control blankets; trees, shrubs, and ornamental grasses; planting bed crusher fine and cobble mulch, weed control fabric, metal edging, and wood chip mulch for plant rootballs; extending electrical power to the Event Shelter along with electrical enclosures, lighting, and convenience receptacles. Also included are substantial completion procedures and project close-out / clean-up. The Contractor(s) shall supply all labor, materials, equipment, and all permits necessary to complete the work in accordance with the Drawings and Specifications
