This is a solicitation for all labor and material to replace all condenser coils for the Carrier Air-Cooled Chiller located at the CJIS Division in Clarksburg, WV. A site visit will be held for all interested vendors on Tuesday, August 15, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. EST. Only two individuals from each vendor will be able to participate. Please send the name(s) of those interested in attending to Contracting Officer, Logan Swiger, at lswiger2@fbi.gov to receive a Site Access Request Form. All Site Access Request Forms will be due no later than Monday, August 14, 2023 by 09:00 a.m. EST to allow time for processing. All questions are due to the Contracting Officer, Logan Swiger, at lswiger2@fbi.gov, by 9:00 a.m. EST on August, 18, 2023. Please send all proposals to lswiger2@fbi.gov via email by 2:00 p.m. EST on August 30, 2023. Any proposals received after 2:00 p.m. EST on Auguat 30, 2023 will NOT be considered Amendment One- Adding pictures from site visit and answering questions. Q: Is there a cost estimate , budget or ballpark figure for the project listed. A: There is not a budget ballpark figure that I can provide at this time. Q: Is there an actual start date for the project. A: The start date would be in the fall or dependent on lead time for coils.
