The OWNER reserves the right to retain the deposits of the three lowest bidders for a period not to exceed 60 days after the date and time set for the opening of bids. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after the date and time set for the opening of bids. The OWNER reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein and further reserves the right to award the Contract to the best interests of the OWNER. The performance bond and payment bond shall each be in the amount of 100 percent of the contract price Completion Date: The Work will be substantially completed on or before October 31, 2024. The Work will be ready for final payment in accordance with Paragraph 15.06 of the General Conditions on or before June 24, 2025.
