Seneca WWTP Outfall - Eagan a. Clean and inspect 3 access structures. b. Remotely inspect 110 feet of 108-inch RCP; 2,500 feet of 84-inch RCP; the outfall discharge structure on the riverbank; and the riverbank. 4. 1-MS-100 Siphon - St. Paul a. Isolate, dewater, clean, and remotely inspect 650-feet of 36-inch cast iron air jumper: 3 each 600-foot siphons ranging from 4-foot to 8-foot in width and 9.5 in height; and the siphon head and tail houses. b. Provide access, ventilation, and lighting required for permitted confined space entry inspection of the siphons by OTHERS.
