Provision and Installation of 8-foot woven wire deer exclusion fence of approximately 4,200 linear feet. Bids must be made on standard proposal forms in the manner designated therein and required by the specifications. Bids must be enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the bidder and name of project on outside, addressed to Readington Township Committee. Bids must be delivered to Richard Sheola, Township Administrator/QPA, at the Readington Township Municipal Building on or before the hour named above for the taking of bids. The standard proposal forms and non-collusion affidavit are attached to the specifications available from the Township Administrator/QPA. The Bidder's attention is directed to P.L. 1977, Chapter 33, which relates to the requirement for a bidder to submit a list of names and address of certain stockholders. Bidders are required to comply with N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. (P.L. 1975, c. 127), N.J.A.C. 17:27, setting forth Mandatory Equal Employment Opportunity and Americans with Disabilities Act requirements, as well as the Prevailing Wage Law P.L. 1963, Chapter 150 and all other statutory requirements as set forth in the Instructions to Bidders. The Readington Township Committee reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive any informality in any bid inuring to the benefit of the Township.
