Bids for the construction of a 24-Inch waterline extension project consist- ing of approximately 3,250 linear feet of 24-inch water line, eight (8) cased driveway crossings. To help expedite this project, the District has purchased and will provide the Contractor with certain material com- ponents for the project. A complete list of the material components to be provided by the District has been included in the Contract Documents. All Contract Documents will be issued in electronic format. No paper copies will be provided. Prospective Bid- ders may examine the Bidding Documents at the Districts Office located at 17227 N. 129th East Avenue, Collinsville, Oklahoma 74021, Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM. All Bids must be filed in said office on or before the time herein set and, on the forms, furnished by the Owner, and must be enclosed in a separate sealed envelope and plainly identified. If Bid Bond is submitted, it must be on the form provided with the Contract Documents. United States of America, or said certified share draft shall be drawn on a credit union in the state of the Owner, or chartered under the laws of the United States, and payable to the Owner as security that if awarded a contract, the Bidder will enter into a contract at the prices. the proceeds retained as liquidated damages if the Bidder fails to execute a contract or file acceptable Performance and Payment Bonds or provide an acceptable Certificate of Insurance within fifteen (15) days after the acceptance of said Bid by resolution of the Owner. No Bidder may withdraw a Bid within sixty (60) days after the date set for opening Bid. Bids received will be acted upon by the Owner at the time and place above specified or at such later time and place as may then be fixed. The Owner hereby reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive informalities and irregularities and to enter into such contracts as it may deem to be for the best interests of the Owner. Bidders agree to commence work with ten (10) calendar days after the date of Notice to Proceed issued by the District, and to complete the same within ninety (90) calendar days after commencement thereof.
