Reference number : 1751584 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2023-08-21 Submission sent electronically accepted: Yes, in a single submission document The OMHM is issuing a public call for tenders for the correction of the masonry, the replacement of exterior stairs, the repair of balconies and awnings at the Upper Lachine II dwellings located at 2165 and 2185, boulevard Grand in the borough of Côte-des -Neiges-Notre-Dame-de-Grâce. The project consists of carrying out all work in accordance with the contract documents. Without limitation, the scope of work includes: The consolidation of steel columns, the replacement of two exterior entrance stairs and brick railings with prefabricated aluminum modules, the addition of awnings and the partial repair of the masonry, The work will be carried out in two (2) buildings erected side by side and located south of the Côte-des-Neiges - Notre-Dame-de-Grâce borough. They were built in 1991, the housing complex totals sixteen (16) dwellings intended for single people and families. During the works, the apartments will be occupied. Works duration: According to the current plan, it is expected that the work will begin as soon as the letter of commitment is signed, but this date could be changed by the OMHM. In such a case, the modification cannot be used to justify a request for an extra from the successful bidder. The work must be carried out within a maximum period of 162 working days from the date confirmed for the start of the work in the letter of engagement.
