This Contract provides for the installation of approximately 5,830 LF of sewer main, 2,730 LF of cured-in-place-pipe, side sewer connections, traffic control, surface restoration, and other work all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Special Provisions and the Standard Specifications. The Work shall be substantially complete within 120 working days after the commencement date stated in the Notice to Proceed. All bidding and construction is to be performed in compliance with the Contract Provisions and Contract Plans for this project and any addenda issued thereto that are on file at the office of the Terrace Heights Sewer District, District Manager, Yakima, Washington. Bidders are encouraged to register in order to receive automatic email notification of future addenda and to be placed on the Bidders List. For assistance, please call (509) 453-4833. Contract questions shall be directed only to the office of the Project Engineer. Financing of the Project has been provided by Terrace Heights Sewer District, Washington and the Washington State Public Works Board program with state funds. All work performed on this project will be subject to state prevailing wage rates. All Contractors must be licensed in the State of Washington to conduct business. Terrace Heights Sewer District is an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer.
