The National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), National Ocean Service (NOS), National Centers for Coastal Ocean Science - NOAA Kasitsna Bay Laboratory, located at Mile 9 Jakolof Road, Seldovia, AK 99663 has a requirement to replace the existing fire detection system with a comparable, new, non-proprietary, scalable, expandable system and ensure the facility is to current fire code. This RFQ is 100% set aside for small businesses. The associated NAICS code is 238990, All Other Specialty Trade Contractors, with a Size Standard of $19M. Period of Performance - 90 Days after Contract Award The Government will award a firm fixed price contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible Offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation is the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable Offer (LPTA). Quote shall include all costs associated with the CLIN unless otherwise indicated on the vendor's quote. Additionally, each Offeror must provide the following information with the quote: The Request for Quote (RFQ) number; The Name, Address, Telephone Number, and DUNS Number of the Offeror; Include a statement specifying the extent of agreement with all terms, conditions, and provisions included in the RFQ.
