INTRODUCTION It is the intent of this request for proposal to seek bids for the complete replacement of the High School HVAC system. This particular request for proposal is to replace the current controls, RTU's, split systems and modify existing electric and gas lines for reuse on the newer units at Highland High School (HHS) with a system that meets current EPA standards for efficiency and air quality. BACKGROUND The Lewis County C-1 School District is located in Lewistown, MO. There are approximately 900 students attending two academic school facilities. Grade levels range from pre-school through twelfth grade. The district currently has one K-6 Elementary Level building: Highland Elementary and one 7-12 Secondary Level building: Highland High School. Bid document is based on a request for the removal and replacement of the existing HVAC system at the High School (HHS) in a way that satisfies current EPA standards for efficiency and air quality. Proposals received after that date and time will not be considered or opened.
