In this Request for Proposals (RFP), Prairie Valley School Division #208 (PVSD) is seeking Proposals for the removal and disposals of existing roofing and installation of new roofing at the below location. The summarized scope of the work is as follows, but not limited to: 1. Supply and Install Torch Down SDS and associated metal flashings to match existing roof to the north of work area. a) Remove existing built-up roof assembly and legally dispose of debris. b) Clean and prep the area to receive new roofing system c) Fabricate and install 24 gauge prepainted standard colour of metal cap flashings to roof as required d) Repair and/or replace roof section eavestrough, downspouts and splash pads 2. Replacement of plywood decking at PVSD discretion. Proponents should provide pricing on plywood decking replacement by the square foot on Appendix B, Pricing form. 3. Demolition and disposal of existing roof system to the deck (The Successful Proponent is responsible for all cost associated with Demolition and disposal). 4. Contractor responsible to ensure that during demolition and construction the interior remains dry. All costs associated with the impact of water damage are the responsibility of the contractor. 5. Supply 200 Baroque BET197 2' x 4' x 5/8" ceiling tiles (delivered to site) The Work must be completed no later than October 13, 2023. The estimated award date is September 5th, 2023.
